The next step is to contact us either by phone or email where we will be able to discuss your aspirations for your dog(s) further.
We will then arrange a 1-2-1 consultation which will take place in your own home where you and your dog(s) feel relaxed. It is also a good idea for all of the members of your household (or anyone who has regular contact with your dog) to be present, but this is not essential.
As a guide, consultations usually take between two and four hours, but there is no set time limit, so please make sure you can set plenty of time aside. Every dog is different so the consultation will be adapted to meet you and your dog’s specific needs.
During the consultation we will help you to understand why your dog behaves the way it does and what it is thinking. You will learn how to apply the Amichien® bonding technique that will enable you to communicate with your dog so that it is able to stop any undesirable behaviour of its own free will.
At the end of the consultation you’ll have a personalised action plan to remind you of what was discussed and highlighting the main points. For the first month we will be in regular contact with you to find out how you are progressing and to guide you through any challenges that may arise.
Furthermore you will have the reassurance of life time backup support, you will be able to contact us whenever you need us (during working hours of course) by phone or by email, where you are having any question or if you just need some re-assurance.
At the end of the consulatation you will also be given a feedback form which is important for you to complete and return directly to Jan Fennell, the information you provide is used by Jan and the team to ensure that we continue to provide a highest quality of service.
